A signed keepsake from one of the rare occasions I actually got my hands on a poster from a speaking engagement. Think Tank '11 was held Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Rocketown in Nashville (601 4th Avenue South), 10am to 5pm. The lineup: Joe Duffy (Duffy & Partners), me (Rule29), Raphael Grignani (Method), and Kate Bingaman-Burt (Obsessive Consumption), four nested silhouette profiles printed in halftone teal on warm kraft, each headed with the speaker's name and studio. All four signatures sit on the print. Beyond the great roster, Nashville itself made the trip unforgettable, one of those events where the city, the venue, and the people all conspired to make something memorable.
