Let's Do Something Impossible
Chuck Anderson · 2014 · Digital collage · Offset lithograph
Commissioned by the Chicago Design Museum as a thank you gift for early backers of its 2014 Kickstarter campaign, this sprawling typographic collage of botanicals, ink splatter, and photographic fragments spells out "Let's Do Something Impossible." It became a rallying cry for the museum's launch and landed on the April 2014 cover of the Chicago Reader, classical serif type exploded into a garden of color and controlled chaos.
