Five reminders, five bands of color. Yellow, plum, teal, deep teal, and cream stripes stack down the sheet, each carrying a single underlined phrase in the Being HumanKind voice: Be Brave, Be Compassionate, Be Present, Be Kind, Be Clear. A footer line sums up the intent: "Choosing courage, compassion, and clarity in a distracted world."
The printed footer reads "A few words. A daily reminder of what matters. Created by Justin Ahrens + Rule29. Printed with care by O'Neil Printing." The poster carries no printed date; the year shown reflects the Being HumanKind book launch period. Paper stock and dimensions are not documented on the sheet.
