A cobalt-blue field surrounds a fedora-wearing bluesman pouring himself into a saxophone, drawn in loose, expressive marks with electric cyan, magenta, and red confetti dancing around the figure. The hand-lettered title "KC Blues Festival 1986" glows in turquoise and pink against the black. Signed by Willoughby in pencil, lower right, a rare piece of Kansas City music memorabilia.
