A lecture poster for AIGA/Boston's presentation of Weingart at the Tower Auditorium, Massachusetts College of Art, in March 2000. The design centers on an angled photograph of Weingart's book "My Way to Typography" (Lars Müller Publishers), its bold cover commanding the composition, while the words "TYPO GRAPHY" break apart into massive, fragmented black letterforms above, a visual thesis on his deconstructive approach to type. The poster also promotes a separate AIGA members-only book party at the International Poster Gallery on Newbury Street.
